I had a mixed experience at Mercure Hotel Apartments in Dubai. The location is fantastic, right next to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly with housekeeping and dining options, which were often slow and frustrating.

While the location near the metro made it easy to get around and the staff was generally polite, I was disappointed with the quality of the apartments and the lack of modern conveniences. I won't be hurrying back, especially considering the high price for breakfast and the outdated room décor.
